Join Us for 6 Weeks CJ FIT Challenge
We begin with an InBody H20 composition analyzer body scan. Then we can schedule the Hybrid Goal Setting Session/Checkin and develop a fitness strategy and nutrition advice to achieve your goals.
After 3 weeks we will complete another InBody scan to track your progress and discuss possible adjustments to your health & wellness plan.
At the end of 6 weeks, we will complete one last scan and review your results

1. Enter the school grounds from the southern end off Crest Park Drive.
2. Park near the track.
3. Enter the track area through the revolving gate.
4. Take the three steps up to the annexed buildings.
5. Enter the door marked "100 Weight Room."
